Day 5

These days I woke up at 6 AM, and not tired at all. This could be the result from sleeping early. I feel healthier because I exercise everyday, instead of sit in front of the computer. I spend more time with my family, and hanging out with friends more often.
I have enjoy all my time. I never exercise when I am at my house because I'm so lazy to do that. But right now I have no choice, and I starting like it.
